The information on this site is provided for general business, product and studio information. Product descriptions, availability, pricing and timelines may change as products move from prototype to commercial release. WebFoundry Kits are currently presented as an interest-list and Lab roadmap item, not as a live catalogue or checkout offer.

This website does not currently take payment directly. Nothing on this website should be treated as a final checkout, subscription or purchase flow unless a separate written agreement, invoice, order form or product checkout clearly says so.
Prototypes and external links
Some demos and product links may point to active prototypes, live product sites or separate environments. They are provided so visitors can understand the work, but they should not be treated as final commercial terms unless a separate agreement says so.
Project enquiries
Submitting an enquiry or emailing the studio does not create a contract. A project only begins when scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms and timing are agreed in writing. If a separate proposal, statement of work, invoice, order form or signed agreement is issued, that document will take priority for the relevant project.
Payments, refunds and subscriptions
Before WebFoundry Labs enables public checkout, paid subscriptions, product accounts or self-service purchasing through this website, the relevant payment, cancellation, renewal, refund and service terms should be added or linked from the purchase flow.
Intellectual property
The WebFoundry Labs name, product names, visual assets, copy, designs and code examples belong to WebFoundry Labs Ltd or their respective owners unless otherwise stated. You may view this website for normal business evaluation, but you may not copy, resell or reuse WebFoundry Labs material as your own without permission.
Consumer and statutory rights
Nothing on this page is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
